As exclusively a Buyer's Agent, our mission is to help our clients navigate the complex process of purchasing real estate, all for a cost-effective FLAT FEE and BIG REBATES!

We started where our clients do. We went through the process of buying our first home, spending countless hours learning the intricacies of real estate transactions, questioning whether our realtor truly prioritized our best interests, and paying a hefty sum in commissions that felt unwarranted.

We believe everyone deserves the same top-notch service from a buyer's agent, regardless of whether you're buying a $400,000 home or a $4 million mansion. Recognizing this need for a fairer system, we decided it was time to rewrite the rules. That's how Flat Fee Buyers was born!

We speak your language. In addition to helping our clients buy large multifamily rental properties, we also manage a portfolio of our own. When you work with us, you're working with realtors who are investors themselves.

Transparency

We have crafted our compensation model to remove all conflicts of interest that a typical realtor might have in a transaction.

Flat Fee of $9,999

Our compensation model has a dollar amount, NOT A PERCENTAGE. Hence, our goal is always to get the best possible deal for our clients.

À La Carte model

We operate on an À La Carte model, charging a small fee for purchase offers, house tours, and detailed property research. Therefore, if our clients wish to visit 50 houses and submit 25 offers, we wholeheartedly accompany them on the journey to find the Unicorn home they deserve.

We believe in providing at least 10x value in everything we do for our clients. We have zero tolerance for ineffective methods of operation.

Vikrant Goel

Founder

In his position of leadership, Vikrant sets the vision for FFB by developing and implementing the overall business strategy for the company. This includes directing and overseeing all the programs, management, and operations.

 

For the past 10 years, Vikrant has operated as an engineer and a real-estate investor, with a goal to streamline real-estate buying process for seasoned investors and lowering the barrier of entry for new investors.

 

Vikrant is a dedicated philanthropist and supports charities for underprivileged children across the world. He is a licensed real estate agent and holds a master's degree from University of Pennsylvania.

Hira B.

CEO

Hira serves as the Chief Executive Officer of FFB and has direct supervision and responsibility for all infrastructure, debt management, tax planning, and human resources departments. In addition, she is involved in development and execution of the overall corporate strategy.

Prior to joining FFB, Hira started her career working at several commercial general contracting firms as a Civil Engineer, and then later as a general contractor for her own construction firm.

 

Hira is a licensed real estate agent, licensed general contractor, and holds a California Glazing (C-17) contractor license. She got her bachelor's and master's degree in Civil Engineering from University of California, Berkeley.
